This place from the manager Rohan to AJ and all the staff in this location are so useless and just careless. Worst place to rent a car and they just do not care for you at all. Just the worst team ever, thus why other locations have complained about this location because after having such a bad experience I went to another location and they told "From knowing the manager at the Colonia site I am not surprised you had such bad experience". Such a useless team and I will never rent with enterprise again.
