To their credit, they did inform me of the damage at the time of service rather than leave me to discover it myself. However, it took multiple calls, emails, and escalations over more than two weeks to get them to agree to cover a $400 replacement cost. They eventually did the right thing and issued the refund, but the process was unnecessarily difficult. The tires themselves are good - just be aware of their installation care.
