Due to a miscommunication between their online ordering/ads & local franchises the tires were never available & b/c it was a Holiday weekend, the online order was never processed & I was never informed that the tire order could not be fulfilled. I was offered a free oil change or front end alignment which I think is pretty nice & considerate of them since it wasn't the Mavis in Closter's fault that they couldn't procure the tires from their supplier. I was very pleased that they reached out to me personally to resolve my issues. I will go back to them in the near future for my automotive needs since they made a strong effort to do the right thing by their customers. I ordered tires for my truck thru Mavis.com online b/c they were not in stock at the Closter location. Got an email confirming my size tires would be shipped to the Closter store in 3 days, so I made an appt. to have tires installed. Much to my surprise & disappointment, not only did they not have the tires but I was told they could not get the tires(they were nowhere in the system & could no longer get them from the vendor). SO, I wasted a half day of my time for absolutely nothing whereas a simple text/email or call would have sufficed. I am now going to PEP Boys who have everything I need. Thanks for nothing Mavis of Closter.......
