  Literally known for being the worst tire place around. I had all runflats on my bmw. First tire blew, took it here to get it changed. Apparently they didn’t put a matching tire/brand and it wasn’t a run flat. I had a second tire blow, They put another tire on which was again a totally different brand/ different mm. (i was not aware). I had a third tire go (run flats are known for blowing easy), and AGAIN a totally different tire. I had a fourth tire have a bubble in it and decided to take it to BMW. They fixed that tire and made me aware that every single tire now on my car was completely different. This could destroy my drivetrain and also made me aware it was also very dangerous to be driving with 4 completely different tires on my car. As well as makes the tires more prone to blowing because of the different tread lengths. I do not know anything about tires so i didn’t know of this. Tonight, i had one of my tires blow again due to the different tires on my car that they installed. I’m going to be taking my car to Mavis again in the morning and if they do not resolve this issue i will be taking it further. Another issue, i had my brakes changed there a few weeks ago. Now, my brakes squeak even more then before so idk what they did but ill be questioning them about that too. It’s just absolutely ridiculous how many problems they have given me and not to mention the prices of the tires going up every single time i come. Which it should be the same price for the same tire that i need for my vehicle should it not? The amount of money i’ve given them for my tires constantly and for them to not even put the correct tires on my car that causes them to blow again is just ridiculous. Not to mention the staff at the register (not all of them, just 1 or 2) just do not care to explain to you anything without you asking them. I’m so insanely pissed off at what they did to my car, after this final tire and if they don’t either change all the tires they put on that were incorrect or at least don’t charge me for the one due to their negligence, i’m going to be taking my car somewhere else. It’s just absolutely ridiculous.

  Do not recommend. Booked a online reservation for Friday morning at 9:00 a.m.. I showed up at 8:50 a.m. and the gentleman said I should leave it for the day. I said I booked it online reservation and would wait the hour or so. The gentleman said that he had nine cars in front of me and that he was unsure how long it would take. Nine cars in front of me at 9:00 a.m.? Why take a reservation? He did kindly offer to lend me his car for the day with a broken tail light. I declined and tried to schedule for the following day thinking I could leave my car at night. He then said they have no key drop off box and that I should leave the key in the car overnight. So I asked for a refund on my $25 deposit and he told me I would have to call the home office for the refund. Total waste of time

  Great experience at Mavis Tire! The environment was very welcoming from the moment I walked in. Tommy was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The work was completed to my expectations and the pricing was very fair. I really appreciated the smooth, hassle-free service and will definitely be coming back.

  I had a very disappointing experience at Mavis Tire. I made an appointment at 9:00 AM for a 12:00 PM tire replacement and also requested an oil change. We arrived on time at 12:00 and waited there for three hours, only to be told that they did not even have our tire size in stock. If the tires were not available, why were we not informed in the morning when we made the appointment? We wasted half a day waiting, and by the time they told us, it was too late to go somewhere else. That means our entire day was lost because of their poor communication. What made the situation worse was that instead of apologizing or offering a real solution, they said they could order the tires — but only if we came back the next morning in person so they could place the order. They claimed it was because they were worried we “wouldn’t show up.” This felt unprofessional and disrespectful, especially considering they were the ones who failed to check inventory before confirming our appointment. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. The whole experience felt dismissive and unfair. As customers, we expect basic communication and respect. Very disappointed.
