- APAasia Patterson4 days ago1.0I went to this location on 12/30/25 in need of a single tire, as there was something in the road that popped my tire the night before on my ride from CT to GA. Not only was I not offered the same discount as every person(who happened to not be of color) that walked in ($20 off for leaving a Google review) but left with a missing lug nut & a tire that was incorrectly put on. I drove from NJ to GA on that improper tire. When I went to use the vehicle the next day and at any speed less than 50mph heard a loud banging a clicking sound. My vehicle was unable to be used for 2 days, as we assumed it could be a suspension issue, where I had to catch rides or Lyft from my 2 jobs and home. When I brought the vehicle to my shop & left it for them to inspect, they let me know that the new tire was improperly put on the vehicle. After finding out this info I called the store to complain. First person hung up on me, the second could not find any record of work & said they would call me back. They did not. If they are going to do the work, check after to make sure nothing is wrong.
