Big shoutout to Bryan from the service team—he was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Manager Mike was also excellent—friendly, attentive, and clearly runs a solid operation. Really appreciate the smooth experience. I’d definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again.

- KRKC RasoMar 26, 20265.0After a horrible last experience at a quick oil change (different company because I needed one right away) during which the technician yelled, overcharged, and I'm pretty sure damaged my car on purpose, coming back to this Valvoline on Van Houten Ave Clifton NJ reminded me why I shouldn't have gone anywhere else. My tech at this location, Derek, was quick but thorough; very polite; told me my price ahead after applying a coupon, which was 25 less than the last crappy job; listened to my requests not to add extras (because I didn't have the $ for extras); and was all-around professional. I'm not going elsewhere in the area again!

They put the sticker that I have to come back in 3 months. So now I don't even know if they really put the synthetic in. I won't use them again. The most I ever paid for an oil change was 80$. I drive a small civic. Weird experience.
