- MWMichael WardJan 1, 20265.0I was recently at Valvoline in Clifton since my wife recommended their services. My wife always compliments this location. During the visit, Stacey took care of my car. She was very professional and was able to answer any of my questions. I was grateful for Stacey's service. Prior to leaving, we were greeted by Yovani who usually works under the cars. My wife was extremely excited because she had never met him personally but she explained how Yovani does her oil change as well. Yovani was also polite and respectful. Wilfredo, the manager also spoke with the other customers and he was observed working on one of the other vehicles where the woman appeared to be happy with his service. Thank you for "Excellent Service". I will definitely visit this location in the future. Thank you once again.

- KKKurtDec 20, 20251.0DO NOT GO HERE unless you want a bad experience and a level of frustration that could be felt in the very core of your soul. I will now make it a priority to share my terrible experience with everyone I can so others are not taken advantage of... I went to a local Valvoline service center near me for an oil change on my daughter's Volkswagen Beetle. After a lot of banging and hammering they were not able to complete the oil change. I then went to a real mechanic who informed me that the "Valvoline amateurs" had used the wrong tool and damaged the 8 skid plate bolts. He advised me to order new ones which I did. I put a claim in with Valvoline and they are currently giving me a hard time... not wanting to make good for the damage they caused. Stay away from this company. Their customer service is the worst by far. They don't care about taking responsibility or making good on their errors. I assume they are just looking to take advantage of people to make a buck. Find somewhere else to go.

I was at the location recently and the service was Outstanding. I was very impressed with Wilfredo, the manager because he explained everything to me in detail, in regards to what was taking place during my service. Wilfredo was able to speak in a manner whereas I was able to understand him. I was extremely grateful because this proves that Wilfredo knows how to interact with the customers on a professional level as he demonstrated effective leadership skills. I was also pleased to meet Javon. This was my first time interacting with him and I must admit that he was very kind and respectful. I felt comfortable in his presence and he made sure that I had no additional questions or concerns about my service. Yovani was working under the vehicle so I didn't have the opportunity to speak with him but he has serviced my vehicle in the past. I never had any issues with Yovani either. Prior to leaving, I recognized that there was a lady there who indicated that her name was Stacey. I was happy to see that Stacey was working there since I rarely observed any women working at this location in the past. Stacey was also pleasant as well. Thank you Valvoline for having caring employees who display phenomenal customer service skills and genuine love for assisting the community. Kudos once again!!

He completed a full oil change less than a half hour. I was very grateful. Thought I was gonna be late for work, but he had me in and out in no time service was provided with a beautiful smile and with a great Greeting, I would definitely go back again
