I was under the impression it would be quick, but I ended up waiting for hours. What really bothered me, though, was how the manager treated the employees. He was openly rude, bossing them around and making them feel small for simply asking questions. Telling the person attending me to get out his way. So he can do something on the computer. It was uncomfortable to watch, and I can only imagine how difficult it must be to work under that kind of pressure. It made the whole environment tense and unpleasant. I’ve been to several Valvoline locations before and usually have a smooth, professional experience. Unfortunately, this location was by far the worst. I won’t be returning.
