When I arrived, I was told the place was closed due to the holiday, yet all the employees were in the back drinking and smoking. I also went to a second location and experienced the same issue. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend going to this business.

I requested that a brake light be replaced (as we all know, this is an emergency issue and one that can get you pulled over and ticketed, especially in an area near the Police Department and school zone) and two employees refused to fix it and simply said "come back tomorrow." I drove off and called corporate immediately. Granted, this was a few months back and hopefully these employees were fired. I can only hope. I went to the Main Ave location that was JAM PACKED prior to closing, and not only did they fix the issue with amazing service and speed, they even quoted me a CHEAPER price than this location. Horrible experience to say the least.
