The original plan was to pick up the car on Saturday the 27th at West Orange, which is the location I always use. Because of the storm we had last week, I tried to rebook online several times but the system would not allow me, and when I called West Orange it was nearly impossible to get through to switch the day to Friday. I was more than willing to pay for the extra day, but when I finally reached someone, the rep was quite rude, told me there was nothing he could do, and then left me on hold. I ended up switching the reservation to Clifton, where Carson took care of me, and I cannot say enough good things about her. Her energy was amazing, she was so pleasant, she got the car together very quickly, and she explained everything to me in full detail while being extremely polite and genuinely engaged in where I was going and what I was doing, even laughing with me during our conversation. When I dropped the car off, Sam was there 40 minutes early and instead of making me wait, she came out right away and started helping me immediately. I mentioned that the car had been given to me a little messy because of the storm and all the switching, only so she wouldn’t think I was returning it that way, and she insisted on giving me $20 off even though that was not my intention. Based solely on the customer service, I will be switching from West Orange, and Clifton will now be my main location because I absolutely love it. - HAYYYY GIRLIES!

  Good experience. Fast easy friendly efficient. Samantha was very helpful, even at 8 am. Which is nice. They worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to. Thanks guys!

  I have been a customer with Enterprise for 7 years, they have always had the best customer service and care for their customers. I have always had a great experience with Enterprise, but my experience with Wallington Enterprise has surpassed any expectations. Thank you for all the great work you do!

  Hands down, this was one of the best car rental experiences I've had in a long time. The staff was extremely professional and polite, and the pricing was consistently better than the competitors. If you visit this location, ask for Aracelis Diaz-she is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and very thorough. Choosing this location is a decision you won't regret; you'll be well taken care of and completely satisfied.
