To begin with, the associate that assisted did well in replacing my car batter as a courtesy. The issue was after some days had passed and the car would not start, as if the battery was not in place or it was missing. I checked under the hood only to realize that the battery was not connected well to its terminals at all. It was completely loose. Which resulted in the car not turning on at all. I had someone come to check it out and they tightened both terminals completely and made sure it would not come out of place. This was not done carefully at all at the autozone when it was replaced and it could have drastically gone bad if I were driving out and about and had the car come to a full stop on the road. Loss of life bad. So, I just wanted to let others know, to make sure the nobs, bolts and what not are tightly secured when replacing the battery or any part of your car. As it would result in something very dangerous for whomever is in and around your car.

I want to give a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart to Daniel at the Clifton location on Allwood. I stopped in on Thursday for what was supposed to be a quick trip to grab engine coolant, and then proceeded to have one of those (I should’ve known better” moments (yes, I put coolant where it definitely does not belong 😅). Panicked, frustrated, and slightly embarrassed, I went back inside and that’s where Daniel truly saved the day. He was calm, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. Instead of brushing me off, he went above and beyond by helping me find what I needed, offering guidance, and genuinely caring about the situation. I was in and out of the store for a couple of hours while my son helped me fix the issue, and every single time I walked back in (probably looking like a very stressed woman on a mission), Daniel was there with the same pleasant attitude and willingness to help. To top it all off, when I needed a specific air filter that showed as out of stock, Daniel checked the back and somehow found the very last one literally saving me from not being able to drive home. And having to pay hundreds to tow! Thanks to Daniel, a stressful situation turned into a positive experience. He is truly an asset to the store and deserves all the recognition. Thank you, Daniel, for helping a knowledgeable-but-distracted lady get back on the road safely!

One of the store managers, I think his name was Miles, was very helpful in helping me choose new windshield wipers and he even helped to install them on my car.

Horrible customer service. Yesterday I went in for a battery change and the person at the front told me to come in at 4:30pm for more personel. And so I did. I came in at 4:30pm and then was told to come in the following day in the morning because there was again a lack of employees. And so I did come in today in the morning and the same guy who told me to come in at 4:30pm told me again to come in at 4pm for whatever reason this time. On top of that there was tons of employees. I don't understand why theres nobody that can do a simple service. Either the employees don't know how to or they simply don't want to. It's ridiculous.

Irregularly have the frustrating experience of seeing that something is in stock online and then not being able to find it. Sometimes, it's for the same item, weeks apart. The staff obviously does not update the inventory on a regular basis
