  I want to give a huge shout out and thank you to Daniel at the Clifton store on Bloomfield ave. Last week I stopped by on Saturday around 9:55pm asking if anyone could help replace the battery in my car because it wouldn't turn on and my headlights weren't working either. This kind patient gentleman in the front said of course and helped to install the battery into my car. As he was taking the battery apart, he realized whoever installed the battery last put it into the wrong sides putting the negative to positive and positive to negative. Daniel fixed that problem quick and put it the right way. After that he told me to turn on the car to see if the car would turn on. The Car did turn but the headlights still didn't turn on so I started to Panic thinking I did something wrong. He quickly reassured me and told I could fix it just give me a few seconds. As he inspected my car he came up with two solutions it could be a burned-out bulb or a blown-out fuse. He checked the headlights first one by one it wasn't those, then he checked the headlight fuses checking them personally seeing if they went bad. Then I started to stress out because I knew the store was closing and might not be able to replace them. Daniel was calm, kind knowledgeable and understanding, he went inside the store searched for the fuses and found them. I paid for them and he installed them into my car, because I definitely couldn't. I tested to see if my headlights worked and they did it was a miracle. If it wasn't for Daniel I don't know if I'll be able to go to work the next day for even drive back home. His willingness to help and patience to help out a person he doesn't know shows volumes of his character and the person he is inside. He went above and beyond for me and for that I am truly grateful, he saved my hundreds of dollars from going to a mechanic shop. This AutoZone is truly blessed to have a man like that working in their store and I see bright things for Daniel in the future. Thanks to him a stressful and fearful situation turned into a positive experience. Daniel deserves all the recognition in the world a promotion and huge thank you for helping a stressful lady out in a time of need. He was knowledgeable, clam, kind and always reassured me that everything was going to be fine. Thank you, Daniel, from the bottom of my heart for fixing my car and getting this lady back on the road safely.

  Courteous and knowledgeable staff. They young man offered help and advice when we asked some questions. Also helped us find everything we needed. Would recommend this location without any reservations.

  Staff was very helpful. Location is on a main roadway. They had the part I needed for a much older vehicle.

  Came 10min before closing and they heard me knocking and was completely ignored. Definitely needs to hire a different manager.

  Autozone, Advanced Auto and most other automotive stores offer to put windshield wipers on free with purchase. It's easy to install, takes less than 5 minutes and it's a nice little extra service to offer. I just left AutoZone, Clifton and the kid behind the counter said, "You can buy it but I'm not going out there. It's too cold." I don't suggest coming to this AutoZone. On second thought Advance Auto is begining to look better and better. Maybe they should offer customer service skills class and let Ian S. sit in the front of the classroom. It can't hurt.
