- MMMandaPandaNov 11, 20253.0So I went to get tires for my car. I’ve used Mavis before and never had any problems. We told the receptionist we needed two front tires. Though when we dropped off the car we called 2 hours later and they hadn’t even started the car yet. They also said that it was for 4 tires which I don’t understand where they got that number from. They gave attitude on the phone and were very unprofessional. They asked to check brakes and rotors which we said yes to cause I knew they needed it to which then they said it would take longer than an hour so they kept in until the next day and that they would call when it was done. Noon the next day still no call so we called and they said “oh the cars done”. Okay so how long was my car just sitting around? Come to find out my dad got a call saying the car was done BUT we left my husbands number and I haven’t lived with my dad in 5 years I don’t understand how that would happen. I suggest you work on your customer service and communication. But I guess the overall job was done well and they replaced a lug nut for free so I’m happy about that.
