I tried using the tool that comes with the jeep, a universal tool, somebody stronger and heavier than myself and etc to get it off but failed each time. I called around for help and most places stated they didn’t have the necessary tools to get the job done or was trying to add on other services before giving me a price. This Mavis listened to my complaints and then proceeded to do the best they could to take it off without trying to sell me other things. They was honest and very helpful in this matter. I thank them as much as possible and would recommend everybody to give them a try.
