  Just about all the vehicles at both locations were in 1 or more accidents and possibly have other issues. It didn't feel comfortable to speak with anyone. Honestly, it felt like a shady lot.

  RUN DO NOT BUY FROM HERE Was in a car accident that caused my prior car to be totaled, desperately needing a vehicle to support my family and to get around I found myself on A&R’s site, and went to check out their cars. I ended up seeing a 09 Cadillac SRX after speaking with the guy who helped me, I was told that the car was just received and that they had did a thorough inspection on it and that the only problem was that the car needed a new battery. After purchasing the car on 10/23/25, I didn’t receive the title until just a few days before thanksgiving for which I had to reach out to A&R multiple times for answers, which I honestly should’ve took as an omen and returned the car because right after I received the title the engine went on me which occurred on 12/08/25. I only had the car for 6 weeks at this point, I took the car to my mechanic who inspected it and they told me that the engine wasn’t maintained and the oil turned to sludge which destroyed the engine, and that if A&R had inspected it (like they stated) then they would’ve known that, especially when they went to change the oil. So not only did they lie about inspecting the car but that would also mean that they never changed the oil or did maintenance on the car before putting it on their lot listed at $4500.00. I called them multiple times trying to speak with a manager to get the situation remedied but after ducking my calls the sales manager John finally just up and told me “that there’s nothing that we can do and that it was my fault and I should’ve fully inspected the car myself because, and I quote, “WE DON’T INSPECT OUR CARS from top to bottom”. I even pleaded with them telling them that I bought the car in good faith even seeing that they had negative reviews on google and that due to the economy I exhausted my savings account just to have a vehicle to begin with, but none of this mattered. They assured me that they couldn’t do anything to help me. No refunds, not even a partial refund, they couldn’t even take the car back and swap me into something else equal to the value that I paid. After seeking legal counsel I was confirmed that this was an illegal practice and that I do have a case. PLEASE HEAR THIS WARNING AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A&R I thought I could trust them but obviously they didn’t deserve my trust and they definitely don’t deserve yours.
