- JCJoe Corbett4 days ago2.0For customers who have never been there have some signing on your front door to tell them to go line up at the bays outside (instead of wasting our time standing at the lobby desk waiting for someone. ) Stop trying to find things “wrong” with their vehicle other then the oil change they came for (had a guy try and get me to rotate my tires even after I told him I just bought new tires last week). Can’t avoid you for overcharging for oil even as oil prices drop. Could always have gone to a real auto repair shop and paid less. Your benefit is a quick oil change

When we pulled up, there was only one car in the lane we pulled into. The other lane has been moving but they’re leaving us to sit here and wait when people who showed up much later than us are getting serviced first. Vavoline, right up the street, is 100x better and well worth the extra ten dollars it would have cost to go there rather than this place. Adding to this review that after an hour and 52 minutes our car was finally being worked on and the guy was using it as a teaching moment for another guy… absolutely ridiculous!!!!!
