  Had to leave a review because I haven’t had service like that in a while. Came in the night before a nasty, snowy weather 2 hours before they closed because I needed a new battery. I came in distressed and the employee at the counter was nice and helpful. He got his supervisor to confirm the battery replacement service. Victor ended up replacing my battery in the cold, dark night. He recommended I buy an aluminum cap thingy for my battery because the cable connector thingy was loose (clearly not a car girl lol). He also noticed my battery clamp was not screwed and did it for me. Super helpful at a time of need. Thank you guys!

  Fantastic service by Orville. Walked in and, within 10 minutes, he helped me find a new battery and had it changed out in the rain. Service was quick and easy.

  A HUGE THANK YOU TO KEITH! I went in to AutoZone without knowing much about what kind of headlight I needed. My left headlight was out. Before walking into this store, I was extremely overwhelmed. My husband is in the military & with him being away it can be very difficult for me to find help for things like this. I was upset I had to figure this out myself with not much time in my week to do this. When I walked in I was greeted by a very kind gentleman (I can't remember his name) He was very patient with me & was being trained by Keith. Keith was also very patient & helpful. He explained the options to me very well to make sure I was getting what I actually needed. Keith went outside to help me put my headlights on. One of the caps were jammed & he still was so patient & fixed it for me. Only one was out but he helped me replace both. Keith offering to help me seriously saved me from the headache of trying to do it myself, hours it would've taken me & from getting pulled over! (and having a meltdown if I couldn't do it myself lol) Thank you so much for your kindness Keith! I truly appreciate everything you did for me yesterday.
