Before walking into this store, I was extremely overwhelmed. My husband is in the military & with him being away it can be very difficult for me to find help for things like this. I was upset I had to figure this out myself with not much time in my week to do this. When I walked in I was greeted by a very kind gentleman (I can't remember his name) He was very patient with me & was being trained by Keith. Keith was also very patient & helpful. He explained the options to me very well to make sure I was getting what I actually needed. Keith went outside to help me put my headlights on. One of the caps were jammed & he still was so patient & fixed it for me. Only one was out but he helped me replace both. Keith offering to help me seriously saved me from the headache of trying to do it myself, hours it would've taken me & from getting pulled over! (and having a meltdown if I couldn't do it myself lol) Thank you so much for your kindness Keith! I truly appreciate everything you did for me yesterday.
