  Bought a new Jeep a week ago driving home from the dearship a truck in front of me shot a rock out of his back and smashed my windshield. I called Safelite right away and everything went smoothly from the setting of the appointment to the tech completing the work so quickly. Everything from phone call to completion took a day.

  My technician was very professional, very nice, and respectful of my property. I liked the ease of making the appointment online. I Just typed in my insurance policy number and didn’t even have to deal with calling them. I received a quote right away. It was very nice dealing with them. I definitely recommend them.

  The Willingboro NJ location was obnoxious and did not have their computer systems working, so rather than treat me with some human decency, as they should, considering they were going to make money off of the services they were to perform, they wasted my time in driving to their location and leaving without the repair! Cherry Hill’s NJ location was outstanding! As badly as I was treated, I will never use the National brand SAFELITE again, unfortunately for good franchisees like the Cherry Hills location, NJ location! But whatever you do, I advise you not to use Willingboro’s location!
