I was in a bind so I paid whatever it was asked of me not very happy. I did purchase a set of four tires from your establishment less than a year ago. There should’ve been some sort of consideration, but it wasn’t not very happy. Customer Service was fine. The price was just ridiculous.

They had trouble finding the problem but he persevered until they finally found it. I was safe driving in the snow! I must say though they need a new Christmas tree lol!
- JBJoe BoyleDec 8, 20251.0Extremely frustrating experience. Had an appointment for 9:30, got there about 5 minutes early and my car did not go in until 9:50. Told them my concerns (screw in tire, tire rotation, and oil change). Of course tire could not be repaired so I had to buy a new tire per the sales rep. Told him that I needed the tires inflated properly as well as they were low. He assured me that is part of the service. After 90 minutes waiting, I checked out and left only to find out that they did not inflate all the tires.
