  They are always friendly helpful if you have any questions. I didn't wait long to be taken care and I was in and out in no time Thus was the second time I was there first was for brakes and this time for oil change

  I made an appointment online I came in the gm told me I was double booked bc the online order doesn’t communicate to the in store system. I thought that was weird it’s 2026 how isn’t that set up yet but I said ok thinking maybe system error. When I went home I realized I was only given the receipt not the detailed report of what was done to my car and the numbers of the alignment and all that so I called asking I need the detailed report emailed to me or I’ll pick it up the gm starts stuttering talking all fast “oh the machine can’t communicate to the computer it’s not working but come in anytime u can take a picture of the machine we used. So if the machine didn’t work right why wasn’t I told that when I picked it up. It was all very strange and sketchy. Paid 185 and my wheel was still going to the right

  Life saver! Amazing customer service! Was able to get my tire same day at UNBEATABLE price compared to 8 other shops I called. Only 2 were able to get a tire but almost double the price. Literal life saver! Customer for life going forward.

  We were from out of town (SC) and unfortunately, got a flat tire 😞 We called around and found a tire at a different tire shop made a deposit and showed up at our scheduled appointment time only to be told that the warehouse had CANCELLED the delivery of my tire. In addition, the mechanics at that particular shop had gotten into a physical altercation while disgruntled customers were sitting and waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. My son & daughter in love immediately got on the phone trying to find a another tire repair shop and after speaking with the extremely PROFESSIONAL MANAGER we were told that not only could he get us the tire but he could definitely replace it that day‼️ We headed over to Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers and they waisted no time replacing my tire. They even put my spare back under my van. The manager was very polite and extremely accommodating. Had it not been for Monro Auto Service we may have missed the event that we travel 🧳 all this way to attend. THANK YOU
