    Responded to Monroes feedback... Thats great for your next customers, but what are you going to do for me?? You just ripped me off and Im still stuck with your battery. Terrible, I took my car there, they told me it had engine trouble, but first they told me it had to have a new battery for $300. We never had any issue with it, but we still needed it. They could not mess with the engine issue, when I took it to a real shop they told me the car was basically dead. When I tried to return the battery they refused. Now im stuck with this $300 battery for a car i had to send to the junk yard. I will never go back here again.

    Brought my car to Monro because my check engine light came on. They charged me $99 just to check it and then claimed I needed both my exhaust pipe and catalytic converter replaced for nearly $1,000. I went for a second opinion, and the difference was shocking. The other shop checked the light for free, confirmed the catalytic converter was perfectly fine, and only replaced the exhaust pipe for $310. That’s almost a $700 difference for unnecessary work Monro tried to sell me. This feels like a clear attempt to take advantage of customers who don’t know better. Be extremely cautious if you bring your vehicle here.
