Since I had a complete servicing done on my car at the dealership just two weeks prior, I suspected that I likely had a nail in one of my tires. I was on my way to meet a friend for lunch and did not want to be late, but I was too concerned about my tires not to get them checked first. I called Mavis and spoke to Clint, who told me to come over right away and they’d take care of me. He meant what he said. Everyone there was super helpful - and so fast! They sent out a friendly technician to check my tires immediately. Turned out all my tires were 6 lbs low. Clint told me to keep an eye out for the tire pressure warning light - just in case there was another issue - but they thought I’d be OK. They were right, as it has been several days now and my tire pressure warning light hasn’t come back on. THANK YOU so much for providing such GREAT SERVICE - and at no charge to boot! My last tire purchase was with Mavis. You can bet all of my future tire purchases will be there as well!

The team treated my shiny black wheels with care, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done perfectly. The balance is spot-on — smooth at every speed. You can tell they take pride in doing things right. Also, the manager there was great !!! She made sure my staggered wheels/ tires were mounted on the correct rims.
