- EEElisamuelFeb 25, 20261.0So I took my vehicle here to get serviced before taking it here I was told they can fix the issues my car was having so I payed toll the drop it off since it had a coolant leak. After three days of no call back I called them and they said to pick up my car it was ready? I ask the front desk lady they did finish the work she said she didn’t knew called her boss and told me they couldn’t find the part? I said ok I check the dealership and they do have the part!? I called back and this gentleman pick up very rude didn’t even care I told him they have the part I am willing to even drop it off he said no we don’t want to fix the vehicle and hang up. Screw me over wasting my time and money taking it there. Thank a lot Mavis!

There was an incoming snow storm so to be able to get in right away was top priority and they were able to accommodate. Everyone who worked there were so nice and upbeat and positive it made my morning! Highly recommend!

Robert was so incredibly helpful and actually informed me that my tire maker, Continental, offers free replacement within 12 months for roadside hazard damage if registered. The dealership, who has changed my tires multiple times and told me no when I called to inquire about a tire warranty, and AAA who has also sold me tires never told me about this program. I am so impressed and this will be my tire shop moving forward. Also the price they quoted me was $100 less than AAA and also cheaper than Mr Tire.
