- MMMikeJan 5, 20261.0It started in 2024 when I brought my 2022 Ford maverick to this location for an alignment and check for loose moving parts. When I got it back after them forgetting my vehicle was there and to do the job, I have been hearing noises in my right front coil over and in the steering box. There is now a very loud clunk on the right side along with some steering noise. I brought for alignment and to diagnose lose moving parts. 30,000 on this new vehicle. December 2025, I brought in my 2007 honda crv with only 43,000 miles for an alignment to only get it back worse than before. (my vehicle was perfect and had no issues or noises in the suspension steering parts, but I wanted the alignment checked anyway) I think the mechanic ruined my steering box or the inner tie rods are loose now. I reported that to manager and she was very rude stating that her integrity is so great there and that I should bring it to another shop for a check. I then went to maple shade to have alignment done again and they said it was off a little, still. Leaving there, the steering wheel is still off center and there is play/noise in steering when turned left/right. What is wrong with these shops? I’m soo pissed off that I have to now go to expensive shops to have rechecked and fixed. I think I deserve at least an explanation for all of this and credit to have serviced where ever I chose. I would not hire Mavis ever again. My next step is small claims and BBB.

She handles the business with professionalism and is very knowledgeable for the work that’s provided and needed . She’s doing multiple tasks and that shows confidence. If the owner is reading this. Give all a raise. Especially Tiffany. A gem in this location.

Had to go to another mavis and have it corrected while cherry hill mavis made out on all the cash. The angry manager (Kelley) told me to go to another Mavis and will get next alignment done for 50% off because she was going to relay that to them right before she hung up on me. That turned out to be a lie. Stick to maple shade Mavis stores only. I contacted corporate and reported all of this.
