  This location provided me with a rental while my car was getting repaired. Even though insurance was paying for the rental they treated like a valued customer. I had to call a few times with basic questions and always got right through to a local agent that helped me through the process with kindness. They picked me up at the body shop without having to wait an extra minute and provided a great vehicle on arrival; very easy process and each person I met there was equally as friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever need a local rental I’ll go out of my way to rent from them…highly recommended.

  DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!! I don't even think a star is deserved.. RIDICULOUS cleaning fee after I had already taken the vehicle to be cleaned before returning. Reached out to customer service with no response.

  Pickup was fine. Had an issue where I had a previous rental the day before that wasn't closed out at another branch. They had to call that branch to confirm that the rental was closed out. Not this location's fault, but still irritating. Then they forgot to put the snow brush in the car during one of the biggest snowstorms of the year. Also the gas tank wasn't full upon pickup - maybe about 3/4. Not a deal breaker but still it's these little things that add up.
