- JJJulieNov 10, 20251.0I arrived at the Enterprise location on Church Road around 8:30 AM after calling ahead to confirm a midsize car was available. Upon arrival, I was told only one car remained, as the other had been rented out within minutes of my confirmation call. The representative said the car was next door for an oil change and would be ready shortly, but I ended up waiting over an hour — the car wasn’t ready until 9:45 AM. The employee assisting me was unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I finally received the vehicle, it was dirty inside and out, smelled strongly of smoke/marijuana, and had an empty gas tank. This experience was disappointing, time-consuming, and not up to the standard I expect from Enterprise. I hope management addresses these issues so other customers do not have a similar experience.

Everyone I encountered was very helpful and thorough to assist me renting a car, which can be a very stressful process. In the event I need a rental again I definitely will be coming back to them!
