They can run their business how they want but I will never shop at a place that can’t give a quote. Not sure if it is bad employee or the way they do business.

Finding Frank at Cherry Hill Transmission was a blessing. Finding an honest and competent transmission specialist is hard to find. Frank is a great guy and a wonderful mechanic. The repair cost less than $ 1000.00 and it runs great. I would recommend him to anyone needing a great mechanic.

Like most people (I think!), I spent very little time thinking about my car's transmission...until there is a problem. And when there is a problem, its a big one. So i found myself with a massive problem (clutch was shot, car was nearly un-driveable) limping into Cherry Hill Transmission. They quickly diagnosed the problem and then Tom spent almost an hour on the phone calling different places to get quotes on parts -- and this was all before I had agreed to have them do the work. Ultimately the parts and labor cost about $300 less than the other quote that I got and I went with Cherry Hill Transmission. The repair work was done in a timely fashion (they said 7 days, car was ready on the 8th day). Approximately 2 weeks later I had a problem with the manual shift linkage and brought the car back. They covered the work to repair the shift linkage within 24 hours, deemed it work covered under their warranty, and did not charge me anything. There were a number of occasions where a less scrupulous repair center could have taken advantage of me, but Tom and Frank were fair and direct. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
