After standing there waiting to be rung up I then realized there was a self checkout station available which again no employee made me aware of. I paid for my item and walked out and again no one stated "thanks for coming in or have a nice day" Last time I spend my money at this place.

My daughter was stranded 13 hours away from home in New Jersey with a dead battery and badly corroded terminals. As a mother in Tennessee, I felt so helpless being so far away. Donnie went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. He not only replaced her battery, but also made sure the terminals were cleaned and everything was working safely before she got back on the road. It is such a relief to know there are still kind, honest, and hardworking people like Donnie who truly care about helping others.
