  A light came on my dashboard and chat suggested I go to an AutoZone and they would diagnose it for free. So I did. And they actually came out in the rain and ran a diagnostic test and told me what the problem was. Refused a tip. The absolute nicest and most professional young men. 500 stars to AutoZone on Ridgedale Avenue in Morristown.

  Needed a specific item that when called for at 11:40 this morning, was told they had it. When I arrive to pick it up, was told it was on a pallet and would be unloaded within the hour. Called every hour to see the status and told, they're still working on it. Finally, at 2pm, I'm basically told they see the pallet, they're still unloading with so many boxes in sight. Wife goes at almost 4pm to have the same story told to her. I just left the store after 6pm to be told they don't have they item and they NEVER HAD IT. The system lied to them. Thank you for wasting my entire day and leaving me stranded. Sincerely, Advanced Auto Parts customer for life.

  I had an incredible experience at AutoZone thanks to one of their employees, Ralph. I walked in feeling stressed and unsure of my battery situation, and he immediately stepped in with patience, kindness, and expertise. Ralph genuinely helped calm my stress. This level of customer care is rare and deeply appreciated. I will definitely be coming back because of this experience!
