Tried to return an unopened rechargeable booster that I never got to use and the store manager never inspect the item just told me to leave the store and return it where I bought original at.

Mid conversation with an employee Ralph interrupts, barks an order and then waddles off to the rear of the store. I guess where the other rude trolls hide? Luckily there are many other parts stores in this area.

He looked them up, walked over to the aisle and suggested which brand. After purchasing he said do you need help putting them on? I was taken back by the kindness and service he provided. Then he went a step further-after we went outside he installed a pair but didn’t love the fit. Ralph Went BACK in picked another comparable pair and installed those. They work great and I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service I received in your Cedar Knolls location. Ralph is a model for an extraordinary customer service experience. Bravo 👏
