I have been down to the service center 4 times in 5 months and every time I've been told there was no loaner available and that it could take up to a few days. its a two hour round trip for me to go down and come back with nothing done not to mention the time I had to take off work. and when I call to confirm a loaner and time of the job the day before they have a attitude towards me like I did something wrong and tell me there's no loaners available again.(a month before I was there in person and requested one) and schedule another appointment a month out.its getting ridiculous

Appt 10 am arrived about 10:10-10:15 and car “diagnosed” at 11:30 am - too long for two quick items. 1 light, 1 wiper (done) — I had to wait 1 hr for 15 minutes - I had a 12 noon appt elsewhere. Not everyone has the time to wait for hours for a quick fix. The "diagnostic" claimed I approved $218 worth of work that I did not. And it appears my front light was not changed or if it was not working. Immediately upon leaving not resolved. NOT HAPPY and now distrustful - and annoyed. Driving for the holidays!

After contacting Toyota Corp, they sent me to East Coast Toyota and was met with one of the nicest service advisors, Freddie. I explained the entire issue and was told that the issue is covered by the manufacturer warranty. They located the issue within 2 hours and ordered the parts for the seat. Definitely will not be returning to the other dealership and sticking to East Coast for all my service needs.
