    El servicio al cliente que me tocó fue PESSIMO, la chica estaba predispuestoy me hisieron perder mucho tiempo hasta el punto que tuve problemas con mi trabajo, no me dieron seguridad en las llantas ya que era visible que había k rotar una llanta que estaba mal hacia atrás por seguridad no la cambiaron perdí 3 horas y media porque iban a cambiar dos gomas terminan solo cambiando una. Encima perdí tiempo dinero y casi trabajo😒

    Had me wait 3 hours to tell me they didn’t have the part (tire) that was needed. I can understand there is a line of people waiting for service but employees should be assigned to assess vehicles and get information out to the costumers in a timely fashion. It’s not like they had to wait for the car to cool down to go under the hood and figure out what was wrong. Look at the tire, can it be fixed or needs replacement and determine if they Have the tire available.

    I have been going to East Coast Toyota for several years and always have a great experience and service for my car .Very well organized and managed with quality signature care professionals If I can give 10 stars to East Coast Toyota team ,I would ..I don’t mind to drive here from Staten Island because this is the best dealership so far and I can’t find the same quality of service anywhere in my area ..Special thanks to team manager Renee and my service advisor Kirk for the excellent and welcoming service and thank you to the entire team for doing a great job.

    On my visit to East Coast Toyota on October 27, 2025, to service my vehicle, a Toyota Corolla Cross which was purchased on May 2024 and which I have encountered multiple issues, I was referred to Ms. Ciello in the Sales Division. Ms. Ciello listened intently and fully understood my dilemma. She was instrumental in getting me into a New 2026 Toyota Corolla Cross. She was courteous, professional and provided exceptional customer service. I just want to say Thank you Ms Ciello. I could not have done it without you. Next, Tyrone Wright, My Salesman who gave me great choices to select the color/vehicle and gave me an opportunity to test drive. He also was very professional and efficient in handling the initial documents. Also want to give shout outs to the Manager of Service, Ms Renee Desordi who i spoke to originally and referred me to Ciello, William Carthens who finalized the contract/paperwork, and last but not least Freddy who demonstrated the features of the vehicle and showed me how to operate the Android Auto, Navigator, etc. Overall, I want to Thank everyone who assisted me that day. I was very satisfied upon leaving the dealership.You have a great team! I appreciate all the effort and energy displayed to please the customer. Darlene Christmas
