The older lady who ran commercial for me was disrespectful and I’ve never had a single issue with any other autozone they all know me and are very respectful as well but at courthouse the I’ve never had an issue with the younger lady always kind and respectful willing to ask questions and help. The older lady was just trying to get me off the phone as quick at possible. It’s not nice to order parts and come in to grab them later knowing that’s who you have to speak too. Management please have a conversation about that I will not stop using my pro account but it’s unprofessional.
