Time are tough and for a Single mom living in a new place with no family and no friends nearby, having people I can actually trust with my car not only to fix it, but to tell me the truth about what the problem is... It's priceless!! I bought a new car and in one month had 3 separate tire issues. First a flat spot from sitting on the car lot for so long without being driven... Then a valve stem issue on another and finally... Screw in the tire... Some people would only see Inconvenience and bad luck, but I actually consider myself pretty lucky because after spending time with these guys, I will always go to them... even if it turns out to be something, they themselves do not specializing in because that's how valuable their opinion is to me. You will never be disappointed with the money you spend, this crew stands behind their work and they're a blast to be around and I'd rather give my money to ppl I both trust AND enjoy to be around.

I walked in without an appointment because my license plate bolts were completely seized and I couldn’t remove them to put on my new plates. I honestly wasn’t sure if they’d even be able to help — but they took my car in right away. Within about 20 minutes, they came out, handed me my keys, and told me I was all set. Not only did they remove the seized bolts, but they also installed my new plates for me — and I didn’t even have the proper hardware! When I asked how much I owed, they told me there was no charge. They weren’t busy and were genuinely happy to help. Ken and Will were professional, kind, and went above and beyond for something that probably seemed small — but meant a lot to me. That kind of customer service is rare. I truly appreciate their help and would absolutely recommend this location because of them.

Today, I had a problem with a shield under the car that was damaged by driving through snow. They took care of me right away without an appointment. No charge today!
