I went in for a rental (made a reservation online total was $98) somehow they decided to charge me $369 without my permission or consent. These guys are thieves and liars. They are a headache to deal with and the guys who say they’re managers (Like Andy) will try to steal your credit card information. Stay away from here.

The vehicle, a jeep compass, was a newer model, very clean and ready to go. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained the different plans they offer. It was a pleasant experience.
