    I had one flat tire and 3 good tires but the store manager told me that unless I change all 4 he can’t help me as per store policy. To top it off, he disregarded the warranty I had on the tire I purchased from his shop which is the same tire that was flat. I would give. ZERO if I could.

    The entire experience at this store was exceptional. Reasonably scheduled my appointment at a convenient time, honored the advertised service price, completed the combined services with no surprise add-ons, and treated me as if I was a longtime client (first time). Subsequently, I left my gloves on the counter and was quickly called/notified by the service manager. I plan to do more business there.

    I’d want to give a negative rating if it was an option. I came to the shop with a flat tire and was held hostage to replace ALL 4 tires otherwise the lady at the front desk said she can’t help as it’s a company policy. I told her I have spare tires at home and I’d get them replaced but she insisted that I have no other option but to buy all four tires. I had to get AAA and tow my car away but really felt she held me hostage and tried to sell 4 tires instead of just fixing the one damaged tire. DO NOT go to this shop if you are stuck, they will hold you hostage and try to sell things you don't need.
