  Service was super fast. Manager was willing to answer the phones while popping on the tire at the same time.

  Really rude workers, not helpful what so ever. Do not come here if you have an emergency, even though you walk in and everyone is just sitting around they wont help you for a second without an appointment. Workers literally sitting around doing nothing when I arrived, needed help with something pretty minimal would have taken 10 mins and they would even bother to help, they would rather just sit around being lazy 🙃

  Called made an appointment for a slow leaking tire. Arrived early and was turned away. Definitely will never support this business. Horrible experience!

  The business was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Answered my questions regarding type of tires, offers and pricing. Completed the work in a timely fashion.

  I had one tire that was flat and damaged; so I towed my car to Mr Tire Auto Service Centers to replace the damaged tire. It was at night and I was told that in the morning they would inspect and call me about what needed to be done... In the morning I was told that Mr Tire could not match the other 3 good tires that I had because they are some kind of off brand... and I had to replace all 4 tires since my vehicle is 4wheel drive... but when I googled search, the tires I had were very popular and could be found at so many places around very close and accessible to Mr Tire and to me... Mr Tire advertises that if they do not have a brand they could use outside sources to match what the customer needs... They refused to do that for me and I ended up having to replace all 4 tires eventhough I only needed to replace only one...
