  AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL Experience ‼️ Stay AWAY ❗️It's a 0% of customer service from front desk person. Don't bother to visit because answer will be schedule appointment for tomorrow or another day. Emergency or not doesn't matter. No sensitivity to customers needs!!!!

  This Mr Tire in Burlington has been right on since I have been going there for a year. My tires are good and fair price. Rebel explains ALL in detail and especially with my brakes which he did the job. Breanna was quick to get me and and offer early appts!

  It was the worse experience ever, everytime I go for services the prices change, the services are all overpriced. They charged me 209.00 for a Diagnostics test. The staff are rude and unfriendly. I will never be returning there nor referring anyone there.

  had an emergency blowout on the Turnpike and Mr. Tire was my second call. I should have known better when they quoted me over $200 more than another local repair shop, but because of traffic and an accident nearby, towing anywhere else wasn’t an option. They promised me they would order the tire right away, so I went with them. I paid $250 just to get towed there, only to find out—an hour later—that they didn’t even have the proper tire machine. (truth was the mechanic didn’t know how to get it off the rimG I only learned this after walking directly into the garage to ask, since no one in the office bothered to update me. What makes this even worse is that the three other local shops I called afterward all had the proper machine. You would think a place called “Mr. Tire” would at least make the basic investment in the equipment needed to do the job they claim to specialize in. They knew the urgency of my situation. The mechanic they had on site didn’t even know how to change the tire, so they had to call in another employee to handle it, which added even more time. In the meantime, I called two other nearby shops and both quoted me less than $200 compared to what Mr. Tire was charging. I even asked if I could take the tire to another shop to get it mounted and then bring it back, but they only offered a $30 discount, and I’d still be out the cost of the other company—plus my car was stuck up on their lift. As I sat waiting, I looked up their reviews and was shocked. There are countless one-star reviews, all brushed off with the same generic, AI-sounding responses. The shop itself is filthy: the bathroom is disgusting, the paint on the building is peeling, the front gutter is smashed, and weeds are growing up through the curbs and parking lot. It’s clear the place is falling apart and being mismanaged. After sitting there for over three hours, they finally gave me a $50 discount—but the total was still far above what the competitors down the street were offering. Stay away from this place—I promise you’ll regret it.
