Keep in mind , its a rainy day but he walked on the rain with a smile while I sat as a princess in my carfor oil change. 🥺 As a top 10 Google reviewer with over 8 million viewers i recommend this location. I watched him smiling and helping another customer lol , I also met MALIK who was the icing on the cake! Took care of all my car needs. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, FIVE BILLION STARS TO KAREEM , MALIK AND TEAM.

There were no surprises when I went up to pay, and my car was returned back cleaner. I was able to get an oil change, engine filter and cabin filter in a reasonable amount of time and price point. Will be back for future services!

They said they did spark plugs and coils 4 months go by then my mechanic looks at the car and says it was never done which it wasent the district manager who is impossible to get a hold of offered a discount still haven’t heard back from him for a job I paid 400 for and they didn’t even complete !! First time for everything don’t be confident you won’t be next really shows you how they operate now my cars in worse condition because of there errors and no answers from anyone besides the people at this location.

I want to give 5stars but the second time I went with my toyota corolla 2017 .I have to say I wasn't happy. They did not check the toyota,s air filters ...they are durty and needed to be changed and only when they pulled car out saying they are done I asked them to check the filter i was told it would be $50 for the engine air fliter. try to over price me . They did not check my tire pressure. Or clean my window shield like they didn't with my KIA. They are nice but I wish they were consistent.

I entered this establishment and MALICK quickly assisted me and assured me that it was no inconvenience for him to inflate all the tires on my sons car. MALICK is the epitome of customer service. He went out of his way to help me when the shop actually looked pretty busy. He is courteous, understanding and carries himself in a professional manner. I shared with MALICK that in California I'm a commercial manager for auto zone, so I immediately recognize great customer service. It's employees like him that make business's successful. Once again thank you MALICK for your assistance. Dedicated people like him are hard to find these days.
