Ten mins after, a customer walked in and was immediately greeted. Thankfully the customer acknowledged me, so the agents were forced to assist me. Most car rental allow you to transfer your tolls to your active, EZPass account, but not this location.

I ordered a duplicate license and showed up with my Interim license printout (NJ takes 14 days to mail licenses), my state ID, and my passport. And was still unable to rent. I'll take my money elsewhere, preferably Hertz. Update: Heather leaves a response that tells me to call, and they tell me more of the same; wasting my time. DEFINITELY not using enterprise or any of their affiliates ever again for business or personal rentals. I rent almost once a week for business travel, that's 52 times a year and Hertz will get my business. Their prices are better anyway

They have zero customer service skills and act like helping customers is an inconvenience. It’s unbelievable that they represent a company known for great service because they are the total opposite. Enterprise really needs to take a close look at who’s managing this location — it’s a complete embarrassment to the brand.
