  I didnt expect to be taken care of so quickly. The young lady that checked my out was very professional and friendly. When I returned the car I got the same great service. When Im in Jersey this will be my rental spot. Thanks

  I paid more money for a luxury vehicle and got the cheapest Audi made! I got a flat tire during my rental and roadside assistance for the rental said my flat tire couldn’t be changed on 95 but never offered any alternative! Once I figured it out myself by calling the state police, they put me in touch with the turnpike operations who changed the tire. I learned that while on the turnpike to dial #95 when you have vehicle issues like a flat tire. Why didn’t Enterprise roadside assistance know this?! Then when I returned the rental, I was told the cost of the tire change was my responsibility even though I purchased extra insurance to cover the rental and any other vehicle involved in an accident! Really?! Thankfully, the agent who handled my rental was knowledgeable and very sharp and reduced my rental balance giving me back money I spent for the tire change. Lessons learned: luxury vehicles are not all luxurious! If you get a flat tire, it’s your responsibility and you won’t be reimbursed. Lastly, no one is coming to help if you get a flat tire on 95 unless you dial #95!

  I’ve been a repeat customer at this location for years and have always had positive experiences in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was extremely disappointing due to very poor customer service. One employee in particular (an African-American male with short hair, medium built, working the morning shift) was noticeably impatient, dismissive, and displayed a confrontational attitude throughout the entire interaction. He provided incorrect information, refused to listen to my concerns, and made the process far more difficult than necessary. The overall demeanor from the current staff felt rushed and uninterested in helping customers. The friendly, helpful service I used to encounter here seems to have completely disappeared with the new team. Because of this experience, I will no longer be renting from this location when I’m in town and will be taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed to see such a steep decline in customer care.
