- EHerin harrisJul 19, 20255.0After jumping my car tonight I drove it straight to Advanced, I was greeted by Al right away. I asked if I could borrow a screwdriver (to manually pop my hood bc the cable is broken) I was having a hard time when Al came out to check on me and he got my hood open in five seconds, tested my battery, alternator, and starter and emailed me the diagnostics. What started as a very stressful night was quickly resolved with his customer service and automotive knowledge. Someone give this guy a raise!
- VCValerie CecalaJul 9, 20251.0False advertisement, the worst "experience" . I had my battery tested as my car would start. A kid did the testing which he was not really sure on how to do. The manger ( long hair pony tail ) had to instruct on how to read the test. My battery indeed was dead, needed a new one. Was all set to purchase no matter cost as they advertise installation of the new battery. The manager refused to install, stating it will take too long to nstall my battery. I have a Hyndai Tuscon. He said to me I have a business to run. Mind you there was not one other person but myself in the store and there were at least 4 staff that I could see. He insisted it would take 2-3 hrs. Well, needless to say I would not purchase the battery here, purchased elswher and my collegue installed the battery. Guess how long it took to install as I timed the process. 23 minutes. This store and the employee/manager give the worst customer service and false advertisement. I would never recommend them to anyone and My Company will stop using them !!! If I could rate a zero I would.
