I explained to Rosa why I was there, and she immediately brought me a chair and offered me water. I am 81 years old and was clearly a bit nervous, but Rosa put me at ease and couldn't have been nicer. I would like to counter the one-star review she received by emphasizing her kindness and concern. Her attitude, I am sure, extends to her customers as well.
