- KBkarim ben boubakerJul 10, 20251.0The guy named Singh with a turbin on his head is very unprofessional. A couple of days ago I went to put some gas and I had to honk my horn many times for him to see me, because he was too busy on his phone. Today I went to put some gas in my project car, I only needed $4 to get home and I won’t be driving it since it needs to be fixed. So I asked for $4 regular cash and the guy puts $17, I’m glad I realized in time that it was still going or else it would’ve went more. And the guy Singh was the one bothered by the situation like if it was my fault. I payed it of course but I asked to talk to his manager because that’s not nice at all, I don’t need that much gas in my project car it’s not my fault if you can’t hear well with that turbin cloth thing covering your ears. His manger said that they can’t do anything about it and that I got gas in my tank so I shouldn’t complain, very rude and very unprofessional. I told Singh that I was going to leave a review and he said “go ahead leave 100 reviews it’s not like it was gonna do anything”. Luckily everything is recorded on dash cam I will be posting it on YouTube, tic toc… I will never put gas in a Sunoco gas station, and I will encourage everyone I know to not do that. At this point I don’t care about the money and the gas, I care about how the guy was not polite at all, very rude and unprofessional including the manager. A lot of people are gonna see the video on YouTube, I’m gonna edit it soon and post it. People will be aware of who the Sunoco company hires.
- SJSusan JMar 12, 20231.0The older man working there is very rude. He used to work for BP on Rt 22 east and I did not go there anymore since he was nasty. Now he worked at this gas station. This rude person with very harsh attitude was shouting at me again. I will not go back in the future. Shame that it looks like a new business. With such a person, it will not be helpful for its business.
