Even worse, my device and account were completely mishandled. I was only supposed to have the interlock for 3 months per court order, but they’ve kept me locked into their system for over a year. I have dates, recordings, and screenshots of conversations with representatives who mocked or ignored my situation. It feels like they’re more focused on charging extra fees than helping customers.
