This last time was no different as Greg kept me informed of the status of my vehicle from the drop-off confirmation until pick-up and every step in-between. He is amazing - even taking the time to let me know that my headlight bulbs were out and having them replaced. I also have to note that the car was impeccably clean after they detailed it. When they cleaned the car, without heads up, they threw away personal items. They did follow up with our complaint and looked around, but made no compensation, just an "Oh well" response when trash was gone.
