I couldn't be happier with my experience at this auto body repair shop! From the moment I walked in, the friendly atmosphere made me feel right at ease.
A special shoutout to Debbie, who went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of — her warmth and dedication truly set this place apart. And Rudy was absolutely fantastic at keeping me informed every step of the way, so I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle.
The customer service here is top-notch, and the results speak for themselves. If you're looking for an auto body shop that genuinely cares about its customers, look no further. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back if I ever need them again!

What a great experience I had working with Bill. Not only was the end result amazing but the customer service throughout the whole process was outstanding. Bill checked in with me regularly to give me updates so I could plan accordingly.
When I arrived after closing to pick up my car, not realizing the time, I was met by Doug who unlocked the door and processed my vehicle so I didn’t have to arrange another ride back the following day.
I highly recommend Britland and would use them again if needed.

It’s shameful how auto industries predatory practices have not changed in all of my years of driving. I visited Britland to get an estimate of auto body repairs for my vehicle. As soon as I stepped foot into the Bridgewater office, it felt wrong.
Aesthetically, the office was dirty and uninviting. I was immediately put off. I was made to wait 15-20 minutes for the estimator, Doug, to become available.
Upon inspecting the damages/estimated repairs, and asking unnecessary questions, he says, “You’re looking at $9,000+ and that’s not including everything.” He told me that as my car had very low mileage and market valued between $6k-$7k, it wasn’t worth repairing. He disingenuously went on to tell me that he felt bad for me and wanted to help me out, but pricing would likely increase once he added additional parts.
He claimed that my whole hood had to be replaced because it had a small curved dent at the opening of it, and went on to say that if he attempted to open it, it would crack (a claim that he verified with another technician)…Wrong! He claimed that my car was a total loss…WRONG! He even suggested that I see a friend of his, who was a car salesman about purchasing another vehicle. The man was doing the absolute most to convince me that he knew what he was talking about.
In fact, I knew he was full of it from the start. As I had several repair estimates before visiting Britland, I knew which parts needed to be replaced and which could be repaired.
This man saw a woman in a bad situation and used it as opportunity to exploit for profit, as too many auto shops do. Well, not me!!
I have since had my vehicle repaired for one third of Britland’s quoted price at an HONEST and RESPECTED shop…and my car looks absolutely stunning!
My experience here, at Britland Auto was regrettable, to say the least. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
