When I picked up my car I was told I only needed the one set and not to worry everything was good. The manager honored my coupons for everything, and in this economy you need it. This is a good group of people who truly love cars, if you need someone to take care of you let these kids work on your car because you can see this is their passion and their co workers say so too. Thanks guys! You’re awesome

Mitch walked me through everything being done to my car, explaining the process clearly. They made me feel comfortable and valued, and I'll definitely be returning.
- PTPETER TROISIApr 20, 20265.0So….this is the second time that Mavis mechanic helped me out without charging me. First time I was at Costco getting new tires and they couldn’t get a lug nut off one of the tires. I brought it to Mavis and told them what Costco said. Mavis mechanic popped off the lug nut 1-2-3! I brought the car back to Costco so they could continue the tire replacement. Now to I bright my wife’s car in for a noise from rear of car. I brought it to Mavis and the mechanic found a loose bolt on the heat shield and replaced it! No charge again!!! These guys are honest hard working mechanics that deserve loyalty!

- BBBrianApr 8, 20261.0I went to Mavis because I had a nail in my front tire. They said it wasn’t fixable so I decided to replace my front two tires with them, since they had about 40k miles on them anyway. First alignment was off so I brought it back. They took it in no problem to fix the alignment. Drove it for a couple days. Alignment still off. Brought it back again and they “fixed” it. Drove it today and the alignment is even worse and the truck now pulls to the right. I’ll never trust them again for any work needed for either of my cars. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their mistake that was made 3 times!!!
