    Doug was running the shop that day ... 3 people working there ... working hard .. on a Sunday ... they took care of me with such ease and expediency that i was compelled to buy them lunch ... cuz they earned it ... i will definitely do to Me Tire for any future repair needs

    Terrible experience taking care to them guys, car wouldn't start so they put a brand new battery inside only to cause damage to the body work which allowed the access to replace the battery, doesn't take accountability for there mistakes... I wouldn't recommend, brick location

    Douglas was very helpful and professional very good at his job I watched him while I was waiting for my vehicle he never turned any one away even when it was closing time before i left I told him how professional he was and brings customers back I would recommend for tires and repairs go see Doug at Mr tire in Brick

    This place ruined my 2004 Porsche Cayenne. They changed my brakes, roters and brake fluids now I have a large puddle of yellow fluids in my driveway that stained my driveway. My power steering no longer feels the same since my brake fluids change. Took the SuV back to them. 3hrs later they tell me that my power steering has a leak that they are now saying has been leaking all along and told me that my system has multiple leaks. They checked my car prior to telling me I need to change my break fluid. The SUV had no leaks then. My car has only been serviced by porshe. My first time taking my SUV outside of porshe and they ruined it. Then they told me that they will pour power steering fluid in the car and told me that I will be fine after they poured the power steering fluid into the car. Hopefully all the fluid will not run out in my driveway by tomorrow. I have to get my car towed to Porsche to see what these people really did to my car. Do not trust this place

    ⸻ ⭐️ One of the worst automotive service experiences I’ve ever had – avoid at all costs I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this location and feel obligated to warn others. I called ahead and specifically asked if they could replace a headlight—something that has taken five minutes or less every other time I’ve had it done. I was told yes, no problem. I made an appointment and came in as scheduled. The manager, I believe his name was Doug, was involved. After my car was taken in, I waited… and waited. After 45 minutes, I asked what was going on. I was told they were checking my battery and “other things.” I clearly stated that I did NOT ask for diagnostics or inspections—I asked for a headlight replacement only. Time continued to pass. Nearly an hour and a half later, I was visibly upset and demanded my car be brought back out. Almost two hours after arriving, I finally got my car back. Later that evening, when I got into my car at my family’s house to drive home, I immediately saw that the headlight I had asked them to replace was still out. The service I waited nearly two hours for—and was charged $38 for—had not been done at all. I called immediately. The manager answered, recognized me, and put me on hold—then left me on hold the entire time while I drove back to the shop. I arrived with about 10 minutes to spare before closing. When I walked in, he attempted to walk away into the garage while I was still on hold. I confronted him and told him my headlight needed to be fixed immediately since it was never done. They attempted to take my car back inside again, which I refused. The same employee who originally handled my car came outside. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When he asked what needed to be done, I said, “The headlight that wasn’t done the first time.” He replaced it in about 30 seconds—confirming how unnecessary the nearly two-hour wait had been. As he walked away, he was swearing under his breath, which is completely unacceptable behavior toward any customer. I attempted to contact corporate multiple times with no response. I am begging people to think twice before coming here. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, unnecessary delays, and outright rudeness from both management and staff were shocking. I used to work in the automotive field, and this level of service would never have been tolerated. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had! The manager Doug I believe should be FIRED!
