Only front was aligned, manager said an additional (apprx) $100 was needed to do the rear. Brought vehicle elsewhere for 4-wheel alignment, brought receipts in for refund as directed, never received refund. Manager said refunds are issued by corporate and would take months.

I purchased them in 2017 and never had a problem until now. I got charged for the pads and when I told them about it they said it's not in the system that I purchased them. Apparently their computer only goes back 4 years. Can't even make this up. I now had to get a copy of my original bill from corporate and give it to Mr tire so they can send it to corporate and show I have the lifetime warranty so I can get refunded that money. This is about as dumb as can be and I will never go back there even for the free pads. Not worth it

Can’t even follow basic instructions on which way to install my tires and told me I need an alignment when the tires were installed wrong. Also charged for tpms which I did not need or ask for and it still doesn’t work.
