⭐️ One of the worst automotive service experiences I’ve ever had – avoid at all costs
I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this location and feel obligated to warn others.
I called ahead and specifically asked if they could replace a headlight—something that has taken five minutes or less every other time I’ve had it done. I was told yes, no problem. I made an appointment and came in as scheduled. The manager, I believe his name was Doug, was involved.
After my car was taken in, I waited… and waited. After 45 minutes, I asked what was going on. I was told they were checking my battery and “other things.” I clearly stated that I did NOT ask for diagnostics or inspections—I asked for a headlight replacement only. Time continued to pass. Nearly an hour and a half later, I was visibly upset and demanded my car be brought back out. Almost two hours after arriving, I finally got my car back.
Later that evening, when I got into my car at my family’s house to drive home, I immediately saw that the headlight I had asked them to replace was still out. The service I waited nearly two hours for—and was charged $38 for—had not been done at all.
I called immediately. The manager answered, recognized me, and put me on hold—then left me on hold the entire time while I drove back to the shop. I arrived with about 10 minutes to spare before closing. When I walked in, he attempted to walk away into the garage while I was still on hold. I confronted him and told him my headlight needed to be fixed immediately since it was never done.
They attempted to take my car back inside again, which I refused. The same employee who originally handled my car came outside. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When he asked what needed to be done, I said, “The headlight that wasn’t done the first time.” He replaced it in about 30 seconds—confirming how unnecessary the nearly two-hour wait had been. As he walked away, he was swearing under his breath, which is completely unacceptable behavior toward any customer.
I attempted to contact corporate multiple times with no response.
I am begging people to think twice before coming here. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, unnecessary delays, and outright rudeness from both management and staff were shocking. I used to work in the automotive field, and this level of service would never have been tolerated. This was, without question, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had! The manager Doug I believe should be FIRED!
