The team proceeded with the service without mentioning that my oil life was still great. It wasn’t until after the fact, that I was informed that my oil had looked clean and didn’t need to be changed. When I questioned why I was charged for a service not needed, the technician tried to justify the service by saying my lights use the oil as well and it’s “good to have clean oil”. Gee thanks! While I appreciate the quick service, I’m disappointed that no one mentioned that I wasn’t yet due for an oil change. It would’ve been helpful to have that transparency before the service was performed. I hope this feedback encourages better communication with customers in the future so they can make informed decisions.
