- MGM GDec 29, 20251.0Beware of this valvoline I was tricked into purchasing a headlight I did not need replaced. My left (driverside ) daylight was out, and they mentioned they would replace it, I even verbally confirmed it was the daylight. I saw they were working on the passenger side and was confused I asked why they were replacing something on the opposite side of what needed replacing. Nothing was wrong with my headlights. They replaced the right bulb. I said I didn’t need headlight replacement, they proceeded to act like I needed it and told me to turn my car on…and literally were like “See it’s working now.” Ofcourse it’s working if you replaced it! But it didn’t need replacing. I am never coming back to this valvoline, I was robbed of 32 bucks thank goodness it wasn’t a more expensive job! I’m at a loss for words and I feel like an idiot for not being more outraged and vocal about getting ripped off, my mental health is way more important.
