    Said they have one of each in stock online I go there. The lady is clueless has no idea what’s going on and says they’re not here after looking for literally one minute.

    I came here for brake pads, and the black guy with the goofy glasses who drives the blue rusty clapped out Jeep helped me out with an attitude. So i buy the brake pads he tells me are meant for my car, only to go to my mechanic later and be told they wont fit. I come back and was assisted by the very nice short lady with glasses. I will be constantly corporate to see how to get him into trouble.

    Changed my schedule around waiting all day for a man who showed up an hour and a half late to his shift so he could change my battery. When I got there he told me it was “too dark” to change my battery now even though I called ahead to make sure he’d do it at that time. I told him I had to work to which he replied “so do I. This is my work” and laughed at me. Good luck if you see him! Kevin, however, changed my battery for me when he saw how disrespectful the old guy was being. Kevin went above and beyond AND refused a tip at the end even though he provided me with amazing service, he deserves a raise! Five stars for Kevin, zero for the other guy.

    I am writing to express my concern regarding the poor customer service I received today from one of your representatives. I approached the employee simply to ask for help with a car light bulb, which is a reasonable and common request. Unfortunately, the representative spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner, using an inappropriate tone and treating me as if I were a child. This behavior was completely unnecessary and made the experience uncomfortable. When customers visit your store, they expect respectful and professional assistance, not to be spoken to rudely. Customer service should always be courteous and helpful, regardless of the situation or the question being asked. I hope this matter is taken seriously to ensure this does not happen again, as the treatment I received does not reflect the level of service customers should expect.
