My fiancé bought defective spark plugs from the autozone in Piscataway. we came to the one in bound brook this location because it was was closer. I did not want a return I wanted either an exchange or a return and to purchase new ones at the very moment. He didn’t even let us explain he goes “if there used I’m not returning them” and we told him we put them in my aunts car and that’s how we found out it was defective in the first place he opens ONE spark plug and says “there used I’m not returning them” “I don’t care what you say” thats not a way you talk to your costumers. I went back to the autozone in Piscataway management opened every single boxed and checked them after he heard what we had to say and EXCHANGED THEM like that guy should’ve! I don’t know if it because the way we looked at the time or what is it but he started saying things as we walked away and I didn’t hear much but me and my fiancé are Black and Hispanic and we did not appreciate that. And I forgot to mention those spark plugs was mention those spark plugs was purchased the night before and I had the receipt all he had to do was scan it !
