However, the front desk staff was absolutely amazing and took care of everything. I did not know if I could do a repair, a single tire, and my worst fear after holiday bills, all 4 replaced. The gentleman at the front desk walked me through all my options and never tried to upsell me more than what was necessary and good for all seasons on my SUV. Although I only replaced a single tire (nail pierced the outside rim), I’ll come back and get all 4 in the next few years just due to their kindness, honesty, and prompt service. I HIGHLY recommend this Mavis, especially anybody who values transparent service without pressure!
