  Went in with a flat tire and no appointment. Anthony at the desk was very polite and helpful. Got me out of there with two tires at an affordable price and had the truck being worked on right away.

  I went to Mavis today. I had something stuck in my tire. The receptionist was lovely. Took care of us right away. We did not have a An appointment so we had no idea how long the week would be. It was not long at all. They got to us almost immediately. They checked the tire all was good. They filled all four tires with air for me. And there was no charge. I was very surprised I had said absolutely not. You need to charge us something! After going back-and-forth, we gave them Money to put towards lunch or coffee or something to show our appreciation. The entire staff was wonderful absolutely wonderful. It was my first time there I did not know what to expect. In the future, you will definitely have my business and my family‘s business without a doubt. Mavis keep doing what you’re doing. You don’t find many businesses with this kind of customer service thank you again

  Azaria was wonderful she kept me well informed with that they did. Anthony opened the store 20 mins early so I didn’t wait in the rain and the mechanic was thorough. I will definitely come. Can for all me vehicle needs

  1 star is too generous Stay away from 254 Rt 130 Mavis. I had an 8am appt, I arrived 750 and waited for them to open. I walked inside and immediately felt a chill as if still outside. I walked up to counter and the male and female employees greeted me. The man checked me in and I had a seat by 805. As I sit there shivering, I see another female employee in shop at service desk and 4 guys walking around shop. 1 left and walked to 711, another walked out to the mustang and drove it around back then inside. Im looking around and dont see any employees anywhere. At 830, I popped my head in the back, said excuse me so they could hear me and the service writer came to me, I asked for my key and she walked over to a toolbox and handed it to me. I told her to cancel my appt, I was leaving. She asked WHY but didnt look surprised. I told her that my appt was at 8 and my car was still outside. Her response was they were all looking at the mustang. "It does NOT take 7 people to look at 1 car when others have an appt and are waiting". I had my keys and I left. Went down the road, walked in and out in less than an hour AND had a warm, heated lobby to wait in. Mavis service was unacceptable. I will not be returning to this shop. (I called back later to see if the guy who made my appt was there and the female that answered told me no one works there with that name yet he told me his name twice)
