  We stopped here during the recent storm and we certainly chose the right place. Despite call offs and everything going on, Isa and the crew were awesome and provided the best customer service we’ve ever had at a gas station/travel stop. We would certainly stop here again. Thanks!

  02/23/26 just came here to find a place to park since the travel ban has become in effect and of they have 20 spots that might be all. It's a TINY place. I couldn't even drive through with ease. What a mess of a location. They r only there to compete with their neighbor im assuming. Smh

  I had once boycotted this gas station, but when the line was too long next door at the TA I had no choice but to stop here for the sake of time. What a turnaround from mere months ago! What a difference the right staff makes on the entire atmosphere. A special Thank you to Tiffany! What a tremendous help she was! What a great team! Her attentiveness to customer satisfaction, the well kempt store (even the showers) made me feel right at home on my long journey away from home. The feeling in the air was light, a much-lifted fog that once was. Whether the staff are all lifelong childhood friends begs to be known but with certainty this is my dedicated stop moving forward each and every time I roll through. Kudos to Pilot, you must be doing something right to have such talent on your side. I look forward to my upcoming experiences being of similar magnitude as the Bloomsbury, NJ location!

  Ivan and Tiffany , Thank You. Let me tell you about my experience tonight. I’ve been driving for six years, so blindsiding isn’t new to me , and that’s exactly what you’ll need to do if you’re grabbing one of the front spots here. That’s probably also why there were still spaces open around 9:00 PM, IN NEW JERSEY! I called around 6:30–6:45 PM while I was about 10 minutes out on I-78. There was no parking anywhere , not at rest areas, not nearby , and anyone who knows New Jersey understands how limited the options are after 4pm. When I pulled in, it was high volume and tight. I had my hazards and blinker on, but the driver behind me didn’t quite catch what I was doing, so I had to roll across the scale and circle around. Another truck was turning right into Pilot at the same time, and there was a flatbed ahead of me. It was one of those classic Jersey squeeze situations. For anyone unfamiliar with this location: if you’re taking one of the five spots toward the front (before the fuel island), you’ll need to take it wide, cut toward the scale, and blindside it in. It’s doable , but it’s tight. What made the difference tonight was Ivan. He was outside in cold, rainy, icy weather guiding trucks in and helping us back safely. Professional, calm, and genuinely helpful. That kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed. I even offered to buy him a drink or lunch, but he was heading out. Tiffany, the manager, also deserves recognition. When I called earlier, she confirmed there were eight spots open and reassured me I’d be good. She even joked that she’d go knock on windows if someone didn’t have a receipt displayed. That lightened the mood and honestly reduced a lot of the stress that comes with parking in this area. I’ve been driving six years and haven’t experienced parking this tight before , but the way the employees handled it made the experience ten times better. Thank you both. You definitely took the edge off. It feels great to get a good night’s rest without worrying about where you’re going to park. I’ll be back
