I was able to make an appointment on their website and when I arrived, they did ask what I wanted done and everything worked out well. I did have quite a bit of time to wait, but I'm pretty sure they were super busy today (which is a Sunday morning). I had 2 tires changed and the tires were of good quality. I got to choose those tires from their website. Mavis offers a variety to choose from to fit your budget which was also a plus to me, especially in today's economy. They also gave a little discount when I paid which was also great! They do keep in contact with you via phone calls and emails as well. This Mavis store in Bloomfield, NJ should be at the top of your list when looking for a good dependable tire store!

I made the appointment and was expecting to get there and be taken in right away since that's the reason why people make appointments for... Well, it didn't happened. Salesman KI served me said I have to wait 2.5 hours because there was other cars in front and they were short staffed. I understand if you're short staffed but I don't think you should make appointments if you're not sure at what time you can actually take care of the costumer, that way the costumer can plan accordingly. I have also noticed that the mileage on the invoice doesn't match the real one on the car, and I told him the exactly amount of miles "197147" ( I see that I have to go back to check on the job done after 25 miles of the service, but with this invoice I don't know if would be valid)
