Was greeted by Luis who advised I’d have to reschedule the install because the tires were not available. He checked other locations and was able to get them delivered same day. Car was ready at 12pm for pick up. Great service!!

He explained all my options/pros and cons as it pertained to the price point when it came to the tires. I have an older car, barely drive it and was looking for affordability. The wait time was not bad. The car was taken in at the scheduled time. They even suggested future work but were honest and didn't try to up sell me for things I didn't need at the moment. I already scheduled my oil change with them next week. Great location and service. I would highly recommend. A+

Stacy and Chris worked with us and pulled out all the stops to salvage a damaged car and get us back on the road with a set of rare tires, same day!!. At probably half the price of places closer to home!

My tire was flat and they were about to close, but Stacy, the store manager, and her team still helped me out and made sure my tire was fixed. They were professional, patient, and really took care of me even though it was late. I really appreciate the service and the kindness. Big thank you to Stacy and her team. - BBBBFeb 20, 20265.0Stopped by this Mavis Tuesday evening because all the warning lights on my dashboard unexpectedly came on. I was quoted a surprising, yet extremely reasonable price of $25 for diagnostic. i was so grateful for that price because i later found out honda dealerships charge close to $200. I explained the isuue to Stacy, who was kind, professional, and had a down to earth personality. After a short wait of what felt like 30 minutes or less. I was told what could be the issue and was advised to take it to the dealer because its not something Mavis is able to do. I appreciate that since it was my first time at that location and it was something they couldnt fix, they graciously gave me a break on the diagnostic cost. Again, shout out to Carlos and Stacy.
