  The chargers in this location are constantly offline for days at a time. EVgo is complete trash. Stay away from EVgo. Other chargers like Electrify America or Applegreen do not have these issues.

  There are 4 charges, 3 of them is 100 kw & one 350 kw, two of 100 kw are not working.. it needs to be fixed because it creates more lines and wait time for people

  This charging station is awful the pumps overcharge ur debit card the stations are broke they work they don't work card issues up the wahzoo customer service is terrible they robbed me for 37 dollars there's a no win with customer service had i.known this I would have never bought this electrical disaster

  @evgonetwork melted a relay in my car. The same charger has melted the same relay in several cars, as confirmed by the Nissan dealership in Norfolk, VA. EvGO said they would pay for the repairs. On the day that the repairs were completed, @evgonetwork informed me that they would NOT pay for the repairs, as promised. They claimed that Nissan would cover the repair, but Nissan NA has confirmed that they never said that. @evgonetwork outright lied to me. Do not use these chargers. I have no desire to pursue legal action but they are leaving me no choice. This company is horrible.
