All I asked was “ do u work here “ cos I wasn’t sure since she had a sweater over her uniform. Her reply was this : I THINK THATS A DUMB QUESTION. How could u run a business employing individuals who have no regard for customers? I was totally appalled . She even went on to push the cart on my feet. I have filed a police report on that this morning

Today they told me another lie and said the machine is broken. Okay, with many other car part stores literally next door, why else would I come here? Came here for help and got turned away. Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
