When i went to back to purchase my car of course the internet is down in the building and i can’t complete the deal. I was told the car could be brought to my home so i didn’t have to come back in, but that was a lie. I had to secure transportation to return to the dealership to complete the deal. I opted for my plates to be shipped to the store so they can put them on, after 35 days of no plates they shipped them to my house. When i returned for the 3rd time to have my plates put on there was no front bracket to place them on. Temp tag was renewed & i was told they would call me when bracket came in. 60 days later & 40 days since my new tag expired and still no bracket. Then I’m told i can come before 5:30 to have it placed on but also the store closes at 6 for a staff meeting. This entire process has been anything BUT seamless and i have referred people here just to get terrible service. Everyone has apologies but no way of making anything convenient. The store is 20 mins out of my way & it’s annoying that i am now having to return for a 4th time and now on a strict timeframe. Just terrible! My friend got a car from here a month after me and has had her plates already installed!! It is 9/10/25 car was purchased on 5/1/25! This is crazy
