I made a purchase at the location in Turnersville NJ last night. I had the pleasure of Miguel assisting me. I believe he is the store manager. He was so professional and helpful. I will highly recommend this store to friends and family.

I went in at 7:45, and I just got off work. Everyone knows Autozone puts batteries in the car for you. It's not a big deal. When I arrived I parked right infront of the door so it wouldn't be a hassle. I dont usually leave these reviews but this was rediculous. I went in I explained I need a battery. The guy just stood there and stared at me like why are you here? when made eye contact, no response, nothing. I said what was going on, and he shrugged his shoulders and said what do you mean? I said I need a battery. He asked my information and when he typed it in nothing came up. The manager came over and said to him, "Go in the back." I asked her if someone was there to put the battery in. She said they dont do batteries at night in the dark. It's July, and it doesn't get dark until 8:30. I said it's not even 8 pm, and it's not dark. She got Bitchy and said we are not a shop. DO NOT WORK IN CUSTOMER SEVICE OF YOU CAN'T DO YOUR JOB. If a simple battery job is too damn hard, why do it at all? I've always gone to autozone for my car. I won't be anymore. This was rediculous and I told them exactly that. Incompetence is becoming more common. You need to check your screening process when hiring. Do better Autozone.

This location declined my card while I had more than enough funds*
They did it multiple times that coast me $1 each time they declined it*
They said it was my bank-
I called the bank.
The bank said I had enough funds, why would we stop you from using it?.. especially when there are no restrictions*
The store location won't refund me even tho they eventually ran the purchase through showing I had the funds*💩
This is theft in my opinion*
Nobody seemes to care about this but me and a few others it happened to.
It may be too much to sue over but I can definitely spread the information and facts as they happened to me*
