  The employees at this location are top notch. I had a trade-in and purchased a new camper without any issues whatsoever. The staff (Bob, Dan, Zack) were very informative, professional and polite. No hidden fees and they worked with my budget. Don’t overlook this dealership when looking for an rv.

  We had a great experience purchasing our 2025 Coleman 17B from Forest River Camping World in Berlin NJ. From start to finish, the team was patient, transparent, and willing to work with us to make the numbers make sense. We asked a lot of questions (and I mean a lot), and they took the time to explain everything clearly without pressure. They worked with us on our trade value, helped structure a payment that felt comfortable for our family, and even threw in a portable black tank which we really appreciated. Buying an RV can feel overwhelming, but this experience felt fair and straightforward. We walked away excited and confident in our decision. If you’re looking for a dealership that’s willing to work with you and treat you respectfully, I’d definitely recommend giving them a shot out of all the other Camping Worlds in NJ. I’d like to give honorable mention to our salesman Brian Rea, who I highly recommend. It felt like we were going through this whole process with an old friend, he really was just the best and made us feel in control. Another honorable Mention to Zach O. who is the finance fella, he made signing easy and he was EXTREMELY transparent. The tech who walked us through our new unit Zach, was such a calm nice man and so helpful showing us all the new little gadgets we lacked in our old rig. And of course, the man Dan at the front desk, he was just a wonderful man. I gotta say they have a great group of people over at this location!!

  Can't say enough positive things about my experience at Forest River RV in Berlin, NJ. I'll admit I had reservations after reading some unflattering reviews, especially as a first time RV buyer, but decided to chance it anyway, because my wife and I had found an RV on their website that ticked all of our boxes. We set an appointment online and from that point on, had only the most attentive and professional engagement with the crew there. Ben, our amazing sales associate, showed us a number of models on the lot, including the one we had our eye on. He gave honest input on the pros and cons of each and even broke our deadlock on which model to go with (stealing that Toyota analogy, Ben!). We ended up getting the deal we wanted on the unit we wanted. No hassles. No hard sell. No upsell. The least negotiating I've ever done on a vehicle purchase. From top to bottom, the team at Forest River have been gracious and professional and shown me that they aren't satisfied with just selling me this RV. They want me back for the next one and the one after that, as well. Thank you, Ben, Dan and Tom!
