- AAAngelesJan 20, 20262.0Went here for an auxiliary battery for a jeep. The older gentleman and another man at the counter laughed at us and said they never heard of a “jeep having two batteries”. So we bought just a regular battery instead. We then asked for help installing the battery, and again the older gentleman laughed and said “he needs help ‘installing’ the battery.” In a mocking condescending voice. I was confused- if cars were our speciality maybe we’d work at auto zone; we don’t though, however, you do. So we thought you’d be willing to help. After that strange exchange, a third kind gentleman with longer hair (sorry I didn’t catch your name) helped us replace the battery very graciously. Also, ended up taking the jeep to a different place down the road a few days later. It indeed needed a new auxiliary battery.

No help from leadership just left out there to dry because it brings money in due to low rent. Its a dumpster fire. But the District Manager has many stores like this so its not surprising. Tons of false hope and fake promises. This store has been terrible since 2005 and will never figure it out.
