She looked up the part and found it at another store and was able to get it to me the same day. Jo Ann was awsome to work with. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. She knew how to take care of the customer. I will be working with Advance Auto in New Berlin for additional parts because there customer service is above and beyond what I expected.

Ending with a dead battery, AAA no show (why am I paying them an annual fee - insert irritated eye roll emoji) & 2 different local Auto Zones that kept me on hold a total of over 10 minutes (although 1 of them was happy to sell me a $220+ battery but had no one to install it today). THANKFULLY Advanced Auto popped up when I Googled battery replacement near me. I think fate felt like I'd had enough when Mekhi answered the phone. I came right over and he checked my battery. Imagine my surprise when after he ran 3 different diagnostic checks that my battery was fine. It just hadn't been started frequently enough. Bless this amazing young man for being such an honest, compassionate, and all around awesome representative of Advanced Auto Parts. I will be purchasing ALL future auto supplies from them!!
