  This store is much less organized than other local autozones. Most of the employees here are also very rude and unprofessional, they always act like your bothering them when you have a question or need help. I would avoid this location.

  my boyfriend and i stopped here because his car had issues with starting even though he had recently gotten a new battery two months ago. Turns out it was loosey goosey and Michael was the one to help us and he was so informative and nice. He tightened it and the whole interaction took like 5 minutes, which was great since we’re going on a roadtrip. If you need any quick fixes, I highly recommend this place and Michael’s expertise!!

  Auto Zone visit was short and sweet. Sales Rep. Pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. Was in and out in minutes, my kind of shopping. AZ was clean, organized and as always prices were reasonable.

  Went here for an auxiliary battery for a jeep. The older gentleman and another man at the counter laughed at us and said they never heard of a “jeep having two batteries”. So we bought just a regular battery instead. We then asked for help installing the battery, and again the older gentleman laughed and said “he needs help ‘installing’ the battery.” In a mocking condescending voice. I was confused- if cars were our speciality maybe we’d work at auto zone; we don’t though, however, you do. So we thought you’d be willing to help. After that strange exchange, a third kind gentleman with longer hair (sorry I didn’t catch your name) helped us replace the battery very graciously. Also, ended up taking the jeep to a different place down the road a few days later. It indeed needed a new auxiliary battery.
