  I had a wonderful experience at this mechanic shop Kyle the manager I dealt with was very transparent when it came to what my car needed he helped me out with their prices he went out of his way to get the best deal possible once I explained my situation.. shout out to Kyle and his crew at bergenfield mavis

  Very unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. I made an online appointment for two tires with a confirmed total price, and when I arrived, the staff couldn’t find my appointment. After I showed them my confirmation and the total price from their own website, they told me the price was not valid and that they didn’t even have the tires available. Instead of trying to help or offer a solution, their attitude was dismissive and made me feel very uncomfortable, like I was doing something wrong, even though I had proof of my appointment and price. I showed up on time and did everything correctly on my end, but the lack of organization, poor customer service, and unwillingness to honor their online pricing was very disappointing. Because of this experience, I decided to leave. I would not recommend this location. They need better organization, better communication, and much better customer service.

  Llevo tiempo viniendo aquí, pero esta vez el servicio fue excepcional. Christian y kyle, que trabajan aquí, se esforzaron al máximo para explicarme qué le pasaba a mi coche (había que cambiar el alternador, la batería, los rotores delanteros y traseros, las pastillas de freno, la correa serpentina nueva y la limpieza de la dirección asistida). Kyle fue muy servicial y Christian se tomó el tiempo de mostrarme todo lo que estaba mal y explicarme qué podía hacer para evitar más daños. Un agradecimiento especial a Oscar, que también trabajó en el coche. ¡Recomiendo Mavis Discount Tire sobre todo! Fueron increíbles y me fui encantado. El precio fue razonable considerando todo el trabajo que tuvieron que hacer, pero lo solucionaron en un plazo razonable. ¡Un agradecimiento personal a Christian y Kyle! ¡Son los mejores! Esta fue mi primera experiencia en Mavis y, por suerte, está en mi zona. Después de una mala experiencia en Pepboys, decidí ir a Mavis y no creo que sea la última. El equipo fue muy amable y servicial. Me explicaron qué le pasaba a mi coche e incluso me lo mostraron en persona. Incluso encontraron un problema que Pepboys no solucionó y que debía haber sido solucionado. Chris, el gerente, fue muy servicial con mi tiempo, y Kyle también.
